compatibility functions for C programs using HLIBpro v2.9 and earlier for double precision computations

This modules defines functions for the usage of HLIBpro in C programs instead of C++.

To include all standard H-matrix related functions add

#include <hpro-c.h>

to your source files. For using BEM functions in C, you also have to add

#include <hpro-c-bem.h>
